Hydrangea RUNAWAY BRIDE SNOW WHITE

A hybrid variety obtained thanks to cross-breeding of hydrangea with one of the Asian species, it is distinguished by atypical for the existing hydrangeas manner of inflorescences creation, which flower not only at the end of the stems, but also from all lateral buds along all shoots, both one-year and from the previous season. The inflorescences are flat, created from numerous, white sterile flowers surrounding inconspicuous fertile flowers. The flowers turn slightly pink as they get older. It starts blooming in June, blooms up to the fall. The shrub with wide-stretching habit, grows up to 50-100 cm in height. It requires sunny to semi-shady locations, well-drained, constantly moderately moist humus soil. Hardiness zone: 7. It is recommended to be planted in home gardens and in containers placed in terraces. The abundant flowering together with wide-stretching, overhanging habit make the plant look well while being planted in high containers.
