IPM Essen 2023
After a two-year hiatus, the international IPM Essen trade fair took place from January 24-27 this year, in which we participated.
Next to the stand of the Polish Nurserymen Association, 5 nurseries presented their offer: Clematis Source of Good Vines, Debski Brothers Nurseries, Gursztyn Ornamental Trees and Shrubs Nursery, Szmit Nursery, Sutkowscy Ornamental Trees and Shrubs Nursery. Our stand was located in Hall 6. In-vitro Group - Kusibab Family Nurseries also had its stand, and Ciepłucha Nursery Farm had its stand in the hall next door. A total of 40 companies representing the domestic horticultural industry were present at the fair. This year's IPM Essen fair brought together 1,300 exhibitors. This is a trade fair for professionals only, which you must register to visit. It is not possible to buy a ticket as an anonymous visitor. As an exhibitor, we had 50 pass codes available - we distributed them to members who expressed a desire to receive them.
An important event was the award gala of the AIPH International Grower of The Year 2023 competition, the winner of which was the union nursery Fructoplant. We present an account of this ceremony in a separate article.
The preparation and comprehensive organization of stands under the ZSzP brand at IPM Essen was handled by Ewa Luczak - as usual, perfectly and reliably. In the opinion of the exhibitors and ours - it was a very successful fair, where the horticultural industry from all over the world meets.
