Polish variety from the Neon series. It is a thorny deciduous shrub with a compact, columnar habit. It grows up to 0.8 m high and 0.4 m wide. The advantage of the variety is the intense, almost fluorescent color of the leaves. Those on young growths have a red color. They are yellow-golden in the season, turning to fiery shades in autumn. Small yellow flowers appear in May. Red fruits (berries) typical for the species ripen in August, creating food for birds in the winter. The plant prefers a sunny position, where it colors well and evenly. The variety is resistant to sunburn, prefers moderately moist, well-drained soils and is frost-resistant.
