GREEN IS LIFE – recommendation of AIPH and its congress in Warsaw

The GREEN IS LIFE fair, which will be held on September 5-7, 2024, has been granted the recommendation of the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) – a world-known professional organization, in which Poland is represented by the Polish Nurserymen Association.

In consequence: in 2024, AIPH’s annual congress will take place in Warsaw, in conjunction with 31st edition of GREEN IS LIFE, International Trade Fair for Plants, Horticultural Technology and Landscape Architecture.

GREEN IS LIFE will, therefore gain additional prestige, additional visitors – congress participants – and will fit even more firmly into the ‘Green City’ activities advocated by AIPH as well as the Polish Nurserymen Association and its operational unit the Agencja Promocji Zieleni (Greenery Promotion Agency).

GREEN IS LIFE, as the hub of the Polish green industry, will again attract the attention of  thousands of visitors, provide them with the exhibitors’ offerings, including plant novelties, and with the educational programme. For example: the Green City Conference, which will be held during GREEN IS LIFE for the 25th time, is highly appreciated and very popular not only  with the industry members.

– Synergy will be the main topic of GREEN IS LIFE 2024 – informs the fair’s director Joanna Filipczak. She emphasizes that this term applies not only to the activities concerning different sectors within the green industry but also refers to ‘‘crossing boundaries” and approaching businesses (such as the building industry) which do not have a direct connection to plants, but changing their mindset can be crucial to the demand for greenery.

Synergy and cooperation is also the key word with regard to the Polish booth in Essen, hosted by the Polish Nurserymen Association, with its new chairman Andrzej Kujawa, who is  pleased to report the ongoing development of the Polish nursery stock sector.
