Miscanthus ×giganteus 'Meidl'
The strongly growing grass with dark green, wide leaves and characteristic purple shoots, unique due to the annual blooming in Polish ambient conditions. It forms impressive, thick tussocks which resemble fountains, and it grows up to 3-3.5 m in height, it is not expansive. It blooms in September and October, the flowers are gathered in pink-silver panicles. The variety is frost resistant (5 zone).
