A Polish variety of Japanese umbrella pine with very long needles that resemble bean pods. The plant has a conical shape and grows up to 15 cm annually. Stiff needles, light green in color, of various lengths: very long in the first increment, very short in the second summer increment. An additional peculiarity of the variety is that the needles are slightly twisted. The plant requires locations sheltered from the wind, grows well in permeable soils, in sunny and semi-shaded positions. The variety is recommended for collector gardens, home and oriental gardens.
